"Stay calm during your doctorate"

Working, researching and teaching under time and performance pressure, maintaining a work-life balance and meeting private demands on the side - the doctorate demands a lot from doctoral researchers. That is why we are offering you the stress management program "Stay calm during your doctorate".

The content of the seminar is adjusted to the specifics of the living and working environment of doctoral researchers and strengthens a healthy and productive way of dealing with potential stress factors. An overview of the seminar contents can be found below. The dates are designed as four-hour training sessions (including breaks).

The goal of the seminar is to provide guidance in the promotion phase and to practice integrating the behaviors learned in the training into everyday life.

FAQ und  Voraussetzungen

Healthy Campus Bonn lectures and workshops can be attended by all students enrolled at the University of Bonn.

Yes, if an event is fully booked, we will put you on the waiting list. You will be moved up if a place becomes available in time before the event starts. 

No. Healthy Campus Bonn will cover the costs incurred. 

f you are unable to attend a confirmed date, we require a written cancellation by e-mail to healthy-campus@uni-bonn.de at the latest by the date specified in the reminder e-mail, so that we can possibly still consider students from the waiting list.

An unexcused absence from the respective event will result in your being banned from all Healthy Campus Bonn lectures and workshops for the current semester. This also applies to events in the current semester for which you have already received a confirmation. We will inform you about your exclusion by e-mail in the given case.

We reserve the right to cancel lectures and workshops for unforeseeable reasons (e.g. illness of the speakers or insufficient number of participants).

If you need child care during an event, please contact the Office of Family Services of the University Bonn

The events and premises are conditionally barrier-free. If you require assistance, for example due to a visual or walking impairment, please contact the specified contact person in good time so that we can support you accordingly on the day of the event.
