 Course Contents

The next professional steps must be taken in a way that all areas of life such as work, family, life goals, and social commitment are adequately considered. The decisions should lead to a fulfilled (professional) life. Accordingly, it is not enough to focus on the competences and abilities of professional choice "only". Personal conditions, the own values and desires play an essential role for the further career path.

This workshop supports the participants in their career decisions. They analyze their personal values, develop career goals, reflect their social and professional context. In exercises they gain clarity for their future planning and plan their career. They perceive their resources more consciously. In the workshop the participants will explore how networks and contacts are available. They analyse the resources in their own networks, recognize gaps in the networks and will start to develop strategies to close the gaps. They will find a mode of networking that matches their own personality.
