Modul Forschung2

 Course Content

In this workshop you'll learn how to present scientific results to both layman and expert audiences. Whether you are presenting at an international conference or defending your PhD thesis, whether you’re holding a press conference or just seeking feedback from your workgroup.
To avoid disappointment: this workshop is not about body language but about content and how to make it as compelling as possible.
Contents in brief
  • how to put it in a nutshell and bring across your key messages,
  • how to grab and hold your audience’s attention,
  • how to explain complex stuff in simple words – without being simplistic,
  • how to make better slides and visualizations,
  • how to make the audience get it,
  • how to make the audience care for your results.
