The University of Bonn offers many other funding opportunities for postdocs. In particular, the aim is to support young female researchers on their career path and thus increase the proportion of women in science. Another focus is on postdoctoral researchers and scientists from countries of the Global South, who are to be enabled to stay at the University of Bonn through its own funding programmes.
