Measuring sleep quality
Would you like to know how good your sleep quality is and how you can improve your sleep? Then book an appointment for a mobile sleep analysis known as pupillography. Pupillography uses scientifically validated methods to determine the severity of your daytime sleepiness and the factors that influence your sleep quality. In addition, questions about your personal sleep habits and everyday stressors are taken into account. Immediately afterwards, you will receive apersonalized evaluation along with specific recommendations to improveyour sleep health and achieve the best possible recovery.
A good recovery phase is essential for performance in everyday (working) life and affects both physical and mental performance. Poor sleep quality has negative effects, e.g., on concentration and attention, as well as on problem-solving abilities and memory.
Therefore, we offer you the opportunity to receive personalized feedback on your sleep quality and positively influence your health.

Please be aware of the following:
- Use discrimination-sensitive language and respect other people’s self-identifiers (e.g. pronouns).
- Certain topics can trigger emotional overwhelm, so you should be mindful of your own boundaries as well as other people’s.
- If discriminatory experiences are addressed, you should take them seriously and acknowledge them for what they are.
- You can take a break or a step back at any time. If you need to leave the event room and require a space to withdraw to, you are welcome to speak to someone in our office, the event team or the trainer.
