Rest and recovery - More energy throughout the day
Does this sound familiar: No time for breaks when you're stressed? Difficulties to switch off? Trouble falling asleep and staying asleep?
Throughout the year, we will be exploring the topic of rest and recovery and highlighting the importance of regular rest periods for physical and mental well-being. On our rest and recovery page, you can find out about the positive effects of breaks and healthy sleep and how you can use them specifically to recharge your batteries for your everyday (working) life. Look forward to a variety of formats and offers on this topic!
2019 - 2022: Employee survey
In several rounds of surveys, we asked university employees how they feel about their workplace and how satisfied they are with their work situation. We are currently using the survey results to identify your needs and working with employees to develop measures to improve everyday working life and make it (even) healthier.
