RessourcenStark durchs Studium

The series of workshops entitled „RessourcenStark durchs Studium” (corresponds "With strong resources through studies") help you improve your skills and abilities with lasting effect and strengthen your own resources.

When putting together our new workshops and coaching sessions, we focused on the topics that students have mentioned in consultations and surveys as being particularly important for successful studying and their own personal circumstances. The events will be held both during lecture periods and in semester breaks, and all of them will be led by trainers with a wealth of experience in psychology and/or teaching. Needless to say, they are free of charge for University of Bonn students.

Intensive workshop consisting of two in-person meetings and a online session to support the process (3x3 hours).

Intensive in-person workshop made up of two parts that build on each other (2x2 hours).

Ich bin es mir wert! Stärkung des Selbstwerts (I Am Worth It! Improving Your Self-Esteem)

Durchstarten statt Aufschieben (Take off instead of procrastinating)
