We are interested in the molecular mechanisms that govern immune receptor activation and the regulation of transcription. We use a variety of techniques from molecular biology and biochemistry to structural biology to determine protein–protein interactions as well as the interaction to lipids, model membranes, nucleic acids, and small molecular ligands. Understanding cellular regulation at a molecular level is the key interest of our research.
