The members of the University of Bonn have a broad spectrum of diverse, innovative and socially relevant knowledge from student theses, dissertations or research projects. But how can this knowledge be transformed into creative and innovative ideas? The answer lies within each individual. The ideas competition offers a great opportunity to turn these ideas into reality. Because even supposedly small ideas can achieve great things and open up new horizons, no matter how modest they may seem at first.
The best ideas have the chance to win prizes of up to 1,000 euros. The deadline for submitting ideas is November 5th, 2023. The ideas competition is welcoming ideas from all stages of development. All members of the University of Bonn can participate: students, doctoral candidates, employees, researchers and alumni (up to 3 years after graduation). Participation is possible as an individual and as a team, whereby at least one team member must belong to the University of Bonn.
The participants for the final on December 6th, 2023 will then be selected out of the submitted idea sketches. In order to present a convincing pitch, enaCom start-up consultancy offers pitch coachings to all nominees. At the final in the Digitalhub, the best ideas from the University of Bonn will be presented to the audience and the jury of experts will award the winners.

Workshops for preparation
The Transfer Center enaCom offers a series of workshops where ideas for the competition can be developed. Of course, participation in one of the workshops does not obligate participation in the ideas competition.
