The research group is interested in pharmaceutical particle engineering with a focus on micro- and nanoparticles, Another important topic of the group is drug delivery across absorption barriers, especially the skin, lungs, and GI tract. A third area of interest is the design of nanomedicines for immune modulatory therapy.
