Make an appointment

If you wish to make an appointment for study consultations or psychological counseling at the Central Study Advisory and Counseling Service, feel free to send us an email or give us a call during our telephone office hours.

Please also let us know if you would like a in-person consultation, an online consultation, or a telephone consultation.


Notes for in-person consultations

By appointment only

In-person consultations require prior registration and making an appointment.

02.

No cold symptoms

Please only come to your appointment if you do not have any cold symptoms and feel healthy.

03.

No additional persons

If possible, please do not bring additional persons to your consultation.

04.

Please be on time

Please be sure to arrive on schedule for your appointment and wait in the designated waiting area until called in.

05.

Obligatory wearing of FFP2 masks

FFP2 masks must be worn at all times inside the building, including during your consultation.

3G documentation required

In accordance with current regulations, Covid vaccination/recovery/testing ("3G")* documentation is required and your ID card.

a) Proof of vaccination with one or more vaccines listed online by the Paul Ehrlich Institute at www.pei.de/impfstoffe/covid-19.de2

b) Proof of recovery; documented previous infection with coronavirus SARS-CoV-2, with the test performed a minimum of 28 days and a maximum of six months ago

c) Test certificate: Tested persons are those who have received a negative result certified in accordance with the Ordinance on Coronavirus Testing and Quarantine of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia (Corona-Test-und-Quarantäneverordung) from a rapid antigen test performed no more than 48 hours ago, or from a PCR test performed by a recognized laboratory no more than 48 hours ago.

d) d) Due to obligatory testing in schools, high-school students are considered tested except while on school break (student ID required!).
