You can look forward to a first-hand insight into the world of young entrepreneurs. You’ll have the chance to meet start-ups from the University of Bonn, take a peek behind the scenes at the start-up offices, and see how ideas are turned into real projects, step by step.
Bringing entrepreneurship to life
Lecturers and students from the Institute of Entrepreneurship at the University of Bonn offer insights into the practical courses on offer. They share their experiences of how entrepreneurial thinking is put into practice in their classes and how real start-up ideas can emerge there. You can also ask any questions you may have about the entrepreneurship courses at the University of Bonn – perhaps a seminar could even be incorporated into your degree programme?
Turn your ideas into reality
In small workshops, you can get hands-on, try out new things and gain your first experiences in brainstorming and starting a business. For example, the Lego® Serious Play method helps you visualise your idea using building blocks and then develop it further towards practical implementation. Or you take a look at the 3D-printer (free for Uni Bonn students), see how it works and maybe take your own idea printed in 3D home!
Start a business the playful way
Role-playing fans will be right at home at our gaming station. We’ll be playing a role-playing game based on the theme of starting a business. Board game fans will also be in for a treat, as here you can play and thoroughly test unreleased games that are still in development. And if you have a game idea of your own, let’s put our heads together and see how it might fit into the market!
A wide range of services from the enaCom Transfer Centre, with free drinks and ice cream
The enaCom team will be at various stands to offer advice and insights into the wide range of services available free of charge to members of the University of Bonn. We can advise you on funding and grant opportunities, or on inventions and patents. In a relaxed atmosphere, with free drinks and ice cream, you can chat with others and find inspiration.
Whether you already have a specific idea or are simply curious, the enaCom Start-up Open Day is aimed at anyone interested in start-ups and innovation, or who would like to see how start-ups operate at the University of Bonn.
