Support for Lecturers
The University's teaching development programs are based on the conviction that the design and development of one's own teaching and teaching personality is a decidedly self-directed process that the University should support and promote through appropriate programs. This is achieved in particular through specific training events that offer inspiration, guidance, and methods for developing one's own teaching concept and also enable in-depth exchange between teachers. In addition, infrastructural conditions for success play an important role here, ranging from teaching/learning rooms and working materials to digital technologies.
