FIT Database and Newsletter for Researchers
The Research, International Info, and Transfer (FIT) information service is a database with built-in newsletter functionality where University of Kassel employees and FIT network partners enter new information on research funding opportunities, event announcements, calls for proposals, and more every day. Thanks to the University of Bonn's membership in the FIT network, university members can use FIT and tailor the service to their interests and needs.
FIT Newsletter
Members of the University of Bonn can create a personalized user profile in FIT. Here you can specify scientific fields, types of funding, and funding organizations/providers that are of interest to you. On one or more weekdays of your choice, you will receive an email newsletter featuring the most recent funding information and event announcements relevant to you. Furthermore, the database allows you to search or filter for further information in the database.
Registration
An email address under the "uni-bonn.de" or "ukbonn.de" domain is mandatory to complete the registration for the service.
Please select the transdisciplinary research area (TRA) that best corresponds to your scientific orientation. This selection only serves to align the FIT newsletter with your field of research; membership in the respective TRA is not required.
Instructions
During registration, there are several mandatory fields (marked with *), and you will only receive the newsletter if they are filled in.
Furthermore, you can decide here whether to receive internal communications from the University of Bonn. It is absolutely necessary that you activate this field!
