Great science starts with unexpected encounters! - But do we really want to wait for that? Rather, we want to provide a creative space to learn about interesting research questions outside of one's comfort zone. Specifically, with "Transdisciplinary Gardening" we would like to promote the exchange of scientists from the life sciences and medicine (TRA Life and Health) and the humanities, cultural studies and social sciences (TRA Individuals, Institutions and Societies) at the University of Bonn. We therefore invite interested scientists* to an exclusive event at the Botanical Garden to bring together research and researchers from both TRAs and discover topics and research interests together. "Garden" with us on May 17, 2023 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Please see the flyer and info sheet in the download section for more important info!

Are you interested in meeting colleagues from research institutions across Bonn who work on similar topics? We cordially invite you to join us for an interdisciplinary roundtable discussion on forced displacement and migration-related research. The objective of the roundtable is to provide a platform to share your work and information about projects, publications, and research interests.
