Qualification Support for Female Postdoctoral Researchers (STEP 3)
The aim of the funding program for female postdoctoral researchers is to attract excellent women scientists to the university during their qualification phase and thus increase the proportion of women in academia.

Proposals can be submitted throughout the year
What does the funding include?
In cases where no direct follow-up funding is available after the initial funding ends, funds are provided to bridge this period by financing a staff position (up to 100%) for female postdoctoral researchers for a maximum of 24 months, provided that follow-up funding is secured.
