Conference Participation or Stay Abroad
The funding within the framework of STEP 5c aims to enable participation in scientific conferences as well as research stays abroad in order to present one's own research results in a lecture to an international audience and to discuss them with other (international) scientists.
Annual Deadlines:
Please submit your application no later than 2 months before the start of your trip.
What does the funding include?
Travel expenses for conference and meeting participation can be covered or subsidized up to a maximum of 2,000 euros in accordance with the applicable travel expense guidelines (see also the explanations in the Intranet).
Travel expenses for stays abroad of up to 2 months can be funded up to a maximum of 5,000 euros according to the applicable travel expense guidelines. Exceptions must be justified accordingly.
Participation in digitally conducted conferences and meetings can also be financially supported.
