Registration for the iStart Event "Bridging Perspectives: Parallel Training for Employed Students/Fresh Graduates and Their Supervisors"

The iStart Event "Bridging Perspectives: Parallel Training for Employed Students/Fresh Graduates and Their Supervisors" will take place on Thursday, November 19 from 3 till 7 pm in Bonn. The exact address will be provided after registration.

This training event offers two needs-oriented parallel sessions tailored to different target groups. Mentees will develop practical skills in workplace communication, networking, and personal positioning to strengthen their prospects for securing future employment. Supervisors will focus on effective communication and the promotion of early-career talent, with the aim of improving employee retention and securing skilled professionals.

Both supervisors and mentees can register through the supervisors.

  • Supervisor - a company employee who supervises at least one international student or international graduate (from a German university).
  • Mentee - an international student or international or recent international graduate (from a German university) who works under the guidance of the aforementioned supervisor.
