I am senior researcher in biophysical chemistry, with extensive experience in the development and application of quantitative fluorescence microscopy. My research focuses on analyzing dynamic molecular processes in complex biological and biomimetic systems. Methodologically, I combine single-molecule microscopy, single-particle tracking, high-resolution confocal and fluorescence microscopy, and expansion microscopy with quantitative data analysis and modeling based on experimental measurements. A central goal of my work is the development of data-driven models and the experimental validation of mechanistic descriptions of biological processes.
