Start-up Spring School
A highlight is the Start-up Spring School from March 10 to 14 where you will receive input on the various phases of founding a company. You can also work on your own projects with support of experienced coaches. All students and researchers with or without a start-up idea can participate. Registration is open until February 28.
Further training on founding a start-up
In further individual workshops, you will learn more about financing your start-up and how you can use AI for brainstorming, for example. Our experts will also give you helpful tips on funding programs and how to apply for them, as well as on legal issues. Some of the events are specifically aimed at scientists who want to learn more about new career opportunities or patents and property rights.
Networking and contacts
You can look forward to many inspiring networking events, such as the networking meeting for gaming fans on February 21 at Adenauerallee 131 or the Female Founders Venture Summit on March 6 at the Digitalhub, where women from the regional start-up scene come together. The Digitalhub also hosts a start-up get-together every second Wednesday of the month.
Participation and registration
The events – some of which are in German – are practical and interdisciplinary. They teach the basics, methods, and tools for founding a business or develop innovations. Last but not least, they make it fun to break new ground and develop ideas. Anyone interested is welcome to attend, no prior knowledge needed. Registration via the website is required.
The Transfer Center enaCom supports knowledge and technology transfer at the University of Bonn and provides advice on all questions relating to start-ups, inventions, and innovations from research.
