This new career orientation event was characterized by a flexible concept consisting of a mix of in-person and online that allowed participants to tailor the program to their needs and career ambitions. In impulse workshops, role model talks and individual coaching sessions participants learned more about what they can do already now for a successful transition to the next phase of their career. The three-day event closed with an inspiring keynote speech by Prof. Dr. Christiane Woopen, who reminded us how important it is to always be marveling at our own work, even as researchers, and that scientific research is never an end in itself, but should always be in resonance with life and the world. We were delighted with the high number of participants and the positive feedback we received.
