Consultations

• The Karriere-Sprechstunde and Career Service Appointments are open to all students and graduates of the University of Bonn.
• The other consultation formats are restricted to students (bachelor’s, master’s, doctoral or state examination students) currently enrolled at the University of Bonn.

• The Karriere-Sprechstunde usually runs on Tuesday and Thursday.
• Career Service Appointments are generally available on the last Wednesday in the month.
• The other consultations are offered at various points throughout the semester. Please look on the web pages for each service to find dates and times.

• The range of consultations available is divided into three different topic areas. Please click on the consultation titles in order to see the individual services on offer.

• You can register for the Karriere-Sprechstunde and a Career Service Appointment at any time up to 24 hours before your preferred slot.
• Registration for the other consultations usually opens in early April for the summer semester and early October for the winter semester.
• Those wishing to use the advice service can book a consultation on the relevant web page.

• You can register for a maximum of three workshops and/or consultations per semester.
• This rule does not apply to the Karriere-Sprechstunde, Career Service Appointments, the “Master’s or no Master’s” workshop or the Career Service’s Karrieretag.

• Please note that all consulting services organized by the Career Service of the University of Bonn - with the exception the Career Service Appointments - are offered in German.
