The aim of the Ideas Competition is to translate knowledge from the university into innovative and socially relevant ideas. All members of the University of Bonn are eligible to participate, either as individuals or as teams, as long as at least one team member belongs to the University of Bonn. It does not matter what stage of development the idea is at or how big or small it is.
The most promising ideas will then have the chance to be presented to an audience and a jury of experts in the final round. To help prepare for the pitches, the Transfer Center enaCom’s start-up advisory service offers all finalists professional training. The grand finale with an awards ceremony for the best ideas will take place on December 2, 2025, starting at 5 p.m. at the Digitalhub Bonn.
