This half-day workshop focuses on practical, directly applicable tools for strategic innovation management and strategy-led research & innovation (R&I) processes.

Concepts such as Simple Rules for complex situations and Time Pacing will be briefly outlined theoretically and explained by means of application examples from applied research, business or public organizations, before practical tools such as the "Time Pacing Diamond" and the "Ideas2Innovation-Funnel" will be presented and directly applied by the participants in associated exercises. Participants learn the basics of strategic innovation management and leave with practical and directly applicable tools.
