The introduction of HISinOne DOC
The introduction of HISinOne DOC is an important milestone in the digitalization of doctoral candidate management at the University of Bonn: In future, it will digitally map the doctoral process from acceptance as a doctoral candidate to examination processing in a central system, replacing the decentralized administration tools of the doctoral offices. HISinOne DOC also simplifies the creation and delivery of the annual doctoral student statistics and thus contributes to an improvement in data quality.
The use of HISinOne DOC
For the first time, doctoral candidates at the University of Bonn will be able to view their doctoral data and submit a digital application for admission to doctoral studies. Further applications (e.g. application to open the examination procedure) will be successively expanded and made available. If you would like to use HISinOne DOC and are already a doctoral candidate at the University of Bonn, please follow these steps:
Open the Campus Management website in your browser (ideally Chrome or Firefox).
Would you like to do a doctorate at the University of Bonn?
If you are interested in doing a doctorate at the University of Bonn, you must submit a digital application for admission to doctoral studies. The order in which you must complete the steps for acceptance can be found on the website of the Bonn Graduate Center. Please note that the application for admission to doctoral studies in HISinOne DOC does not currently contain all the mandatory formal information that the doctoral offices require from you! Therefore, always go to the doctoral office responsible for you first and clarify exactly what you need to bring with you in addition to the digital application. Doctoral student statistics
HISinOne DOC is not only a tool for the digital processing of doctoral matters, but also a great support in the creation and reporting of doctoral student statistics. Further information about the HStatG and the data collected by the university can be found here.
With the introduction of HISinOne DOC, the doctoral student registration form is no longer necessary - you can now view your data in HISinOne DOC and contact the Doctoral Office independently if you need to make any changes.
