The Welcome Center would like to invite you (and your partners, family members or friends) for a hiking tour in Siebengebirge, opposite of Bonn on the other side of the Rhine. We will start at the ruins of the monastry Heisterbach and will walk around the back of mount Petersberg up to the top. At the top of the mountain we will stop for a rest, some refreshments at the beer-garden and of course the phantastic view unto the surrounding landscape. Afterwards we will head back down the mountain on a different path and return to the city by public transport. Pure walking time will be approximately 2 hours, depending on our pace. But we will go up- and downhill and partially rough terrain in the forest. So please wear appropriate shoes and clothing. Very small children should be carried, instead of using a pram.
