Research Interests

My research focusses on how the immune system decodes environmental and pathogen-derived signals. This ensures that immune responses are tailored to the specific needs and are limited to situations where they are required. Such fundamental insights are vital for the development of enhanced therapeutic options in the control of infections and cancer.
