Description

The workshop will be split into two parts: First an introduction to the topic, followed by a
discussion on case studies in small groups. To make the second part of the workshop even more interactive, please think up a research project to discuss as a case study. This can be a completely hypothetical project or you could use your own research project if you are comfortable with discussing this in
the workshop.

If you choose to talk about your own project, you might get some helpful input out of it.

Content

  • Introduction to research ethics
  • Introduction to the concept of ethics by design
  • Awareness for the researcher's responsibility
  • Active analysis of case studies
