In the Femmunity study, we are investigating how the menstrual cycle affects the body on multiple levels. By examining immunological, metabolic, and endocrine characteristics in healthy young people, we want to find out how hormonal changes regulate molecular signaling pathways. And how these in turn influence both immune function and metabolism.
