Conflict Management Training for Postdocs
– Navigating Challenges with Confidence as a Woman in Academia
Conflict is an inevitable part of professional life, especially in academic settings, where differing perspectives and high expectations can sometimes lead to friction. This two-day training provides postdocs with practical tools and strategies to recognize, address, and resolve conflicts effectively, with additional focus placed on gender-specific themes related to conflict and conflict management. Through interactive exercises, case studies, and group discussions, participants will gain a deeper understanding of conflict dynamics and develop skills to foster constructive dialogue.
April 21, 2026 - 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. & April 22, 2026 - 9.a.m. to 5 p.m.
Target Group: Women researchers and research managers affiliated with the University of Bonn
