Law Career Day

Held every year, the Law Career Day enables students of the subject to meet potential employers, be this for internships, part-time jobs, placements during their practical training (Referendariat) or their first proper post after this is complete.

 Although students can attend the Law Career Day for free and do not need to sign up in advance, it is a good idea to be suitably prepared. For example, they can take part in an online training session on job applications or create a candidate profile so that they can apply in advance for a one-to-one meeting with participating law firms and other companies at their booth.

 For their part, employers have the opportunity to showcase their company at their own booth and/or in expert talks. Unlike large-scale job fairs, the Law Career Day offers a platform for intensive personal discussions. It is the ideal environment for engaging directly with up-and-coming lawyers and gaining that vital first impression.

 The event is organized in partnership with IQB Career Services GmbH/Myjobfair, a F.A.Z.-Verlagsgruppe company.

 The next Career Day for law students is planned for spring or summer 2026.
