Femtec Career-Building Programme

Since winter semester 2023 / 2024, the University of Bonn is offering the Femtec Career-Building Programme for female students in STEM subjects. The program is open to anyone who identifies as female, as well as non-binary individuals.

The Career-Building Programme specifically supports female master's students who are enthusiastic about technology in their individual career planning and prepares them for future (leadership) roles in business or science.

Workshops, career and networking events are offered over a period of one year. The programme is conducted alongside the student's coursework, and most sessions take place during breaks from classes. Attractive offers from our industry partners provide interesting entry-level opportunities, such as internships, theses, direct entry or a trainee position.

The german-language, cost free programme starts once a year. It is aimed at female bachelor's or master's students in STEM fields. Bachelor’s students should be at least in their 4th semester. 

Applications can be submitted by July 12th, 2026.
