  • Kickoff: Get to know fellow doctoral students, discuss where you stand in your doctoral journey and the challenges you face.
  • Understanding feelings and needs: Discover the importance of emotional awareness and assess your needs as a doctoral student.
  • Energy management: Reflect on attention and focus of the learning brain and recognize what energizes and what drains you.
  • Master your schedule: Learn to prioritize and tackle procrastination and perfectionism.
  • Communication skills: Practise active listening and discover how to set healthy boundaries using empathic communication.
  • Strengthen your inner resources: Explore resilience factors and adopt helpful mindsets for your doctoral challenges.

Creditable for the Micro Certificate 'Resilience & Well-Being'

Micro Certificates for doctoral students offer the opportunity to systematically add key future skills to your professional expertise. You can apply for a Micro Certificate if you successfully complete at least four workshops from one area of expertise.
