Have you ever wondered why you don't have to pay fees at German universities? Would you like to find out how to get funding for research projects in Germany? And what are the differences between universities and non-university research institutions?

Join us on a guided tour through the German science system and along the way you will find answers to these and many other questions.

  • Which scientific institutions carry out which type of research?
  • What does the German Research Foundation (DFG) have to offer?
