Promovierendenstatistik 2025
Im Jahr 2025 befanden sich laut dem Statistischen Bundesamt rund 216.200 Personen in einem laufenden Promotionsverfahren an deutschen Hochschulen. Das entspricht einem Anstieg von ca. 2 Prozent gegenüber dem Vorjahr. 6.877 dieser Personen promovieren an der Uni Bonn.

We are delighted to introduce Jakob Dietl, who was nominated by the Rectorate of the University of Bonn and selected by the event organizers to attend the Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting 2026 (LINO75). From June 28 until July 3, 2026, LINO75 brought together around 70 Nobel Laureates and more than 600 young researchers from around the world to shape the future of science. Here Jakob Dietl, doctoral student in Astrophysics, shares his experience.

We are delighted to introduce our Grantee Dr. Esther Nabadda from the University Hospital Bonn, whose project "Expanding the Eyebox: Towards Lightweight Augmented Reality for Medicine and Beyond" is funded by an Argelander Starter-Kit Grant from 2026 to 2028.
