Professional Recruitment in Science

A workshop offered by the Human Resources Development

Professors, junior professors, and group leaders working in academia frequently have to identify people who are best suited to fill a specific position. Some clear questions can help to shape the necessary procedures in a promising way: What aspects - apart from the preliminary scientific work need to be taken into account? What tips and tricks can be used? How can the pool of interesting applicants be enlarged? How can the requirements of equality be taken into account?
