Description
After the workshop, you will know how to plan your project more precisely and what you
can do to get support from your supervisors. You will reflect on your individual working
style, learn how to deal with stress and with losses of motivation in the long run. All in all,
our approach is to demystify the process of a doctorate by making it manageable and
developing a certain distance from it.
The workshop´s methods range from trainer input to individual project planning, group
works and plenum discussions. The workshop is completed by a short “Survival Kit" where
participants profit from sharing their experiences with peers and with the trainer. To meet the needs of the participants they will be asked to fill out a questionnaire before the workshop.
