Many students never consider entrepreneurship as a possible career path, often because it feels risky, abstract, or reserved for “business types.” In this interactive LEGO®-based workshop, students explore what an entrepreneurial mindset really is. Through hands-on exercises and guided reflection, participants gain a clear understanding of an entrepreneurial mindset. Based on these insights, each participant develops a personal action plan to strengthen their own entrepreneurial mindset.

No start-up idea or business background is required. The workshop is designed for students who want to better understand their strengths, identify development areas, and actively shape their personal and professional growth.
