Calculation of Workshop Costs Please add all estimated costs in euro (if a field is not relevant, please enter 0). The total estimate should not exceed 3,000.00 EUR – exceptions are possible if international visiting scholars or other experts are flown in from outside Europe. Hospitality expenses Costs for meals, catering, refreshments and/or coffee breaks can be reimbursed (maximum 50,- EUR per participant per day). Please note the regulations for hospitality expenses.
