Join us for the Bonn Lectures in Global Health with Dr. Antje Henke on "Five years engaged in Cancer Awareness, Trainings, Cervical and Breast Cancer Screening at the Kilimanjaro".

Dr. Henke worked as a Public Health Specialist for Brot für die Welt at Kilimanjaro Christian Medical Centre, Moshi in Tanzania, where she established a cancer institute and led programs on various health projects in the field of cancer prevention (health promotion in schools, training of nurses and organization of mass screenings, social media campaigns). Currently she works as a senior projectmanager and associate researcher at Martin-Luther University in Halle, Global Health AG - focusing on the coordination of cancer projects and multicenter studies in sub-Saharan Africa.

The Bonn Lectures in Global Health 2022/2023 have the theme "Development Cooperation in Global Health" and is organized by the Section Global Health at the Universitätsklinikum Bonn.
