Description
An integral part of this voice and body language training is the central idea that physical and vocal dynamics are related to the speaker's motivation and the importance of the information he or she communicates.
You will benefit from the trainer's professional theatrical experience, which enables him to identify the verbal challenges you may face. The trainer will pay attention to your breathing, articulation, intonation, volume, modulation and tempo in order to also improve non-verbal aspects, such as gestures, positioning, distance, eye contact and relationship with the media. You will have the opportunity to gain new insights into effective communication and learn how to present yourself more effectively in order to make the best impression and maximize your impact.
Throughout the workshop, you will monitor your improvement and put into practice the received feedback using active role-play exercises in which you will present yourself.
Content
- Identifying vocal and physical inhibitions
- Strengthening and releasing tension in voice and body
- Identifying the dynamics between the voice and body by connecting the upper and lower hemispheres of the body
- Making conscious vocal choices when communicating ideas
- Using eye contact to make points and to underline key ideas with fluid gestures
- Exploring a dynamic use of space
