Description
This workshop uses cognitive stress models to show how stress is triggered and the ways in which it can be reduced and avoided. We focus on the mental competence of identifying and changing those thoughts and beliefs which trigger and increase stress (i.e. perfectionism). We also reflect upon the regenerative competence of keeping tension low and energy high. And we discuss and test some relaxation techniques.
