Description
The workshop will introduce theoretical concepts such as Simple Rules for navigating complex situations and Time-Pacing, which will be illustrated through real-world examples from applied research, business, or public organizations. Following this, you will engage in hands-on exercises where you will learn to apply practical tools like the 'Time-Pacing Diamond' and the 'Ideas2Innovation-Funnel'. By the end of the workshop, you will have acquired a fundamental understanding of strategic innovation management and will depart with actionable tools ready for immediate implementation.
