Description

Job applications in Germany can differ considerably from those in other countries. This applies to the number of application documents, their structure and contents and whether or not to include a photo and certificates. Doctoral degree holders should also take into account whether they want to apply for jobs in the private economy or for administrative positions in the public service.

In this workshop you will learn how to adapt your application documents to the expectations of German employers in general and to those of the above-mentioned target groups. Finally, the procedure of a typical job interview, the most common questions and possible answers will be explained and discussed.
