Description
If you use Bonna, Bender or another compute resources of Uni Bonn, or if you are planning to do so, then this course is your most important entry point. We recommend that every cluster user attend this workshop at least once.
Basic knowledge of working with the Linux console is recommended, but not strictly required. You are not required to have cluster access before the workshop.
Registration happens via eCampus. Simply join this workshop like any other eCampus course (Uni-ID required).
The workshop is offered on two different dates. After registering, you must join one of the groups, depending on when you want to attend the course.

- Dos and Don’ts of using the cluster
- How to use environment modules and workspaces
- How to run computations on the cluster
