Course content
It is difficult to meet job expectations without having mastered at least basic project management skills – no matter whether you work in industry or in science and research. Project management skills are required in many different fields and will be helpful in organizing your own scientific project. The workshop introduces to basic tools terms, includes case studies, IT-tools and a glimpse on new trends like agile project management. During the whole workshop, the participants will be actively involved and work on different tasks.
It is important to point out that the course is prepared for people who have little or no experience in PM. People who e.g. have already gained experience in PM in companies, will be under-challenged in places.
