German Courses at the University of Bonn

The Welcome Center in cooperation with Pro-Integration offers German courses for international researchers and their spouses that cater to beginners (Levels A1-A2) and advanced learners (Levels B1-B2).

Current Courses

Each course comprises four units on two evenings per week. All courses start in the first week of November 2017 and end in the first week February 2018.

Beginner's Level

Holidays

There will not be any classes on 31 October and 01 November 2017 (official holidays), on 06 December 2017 (Dies Academicus) and in the time between 21 December 2017 and 05 January 2018.

Choosing the Appropriate Level

If you are not sure about your level of German, please complete the online placement test.

Registration

The online registration will be open on 17 October 2017 (approximately 9:15 am) on the website of Pro-Integration.

Please note: In order to be able to register for German classes online, you need to be registered at the Welcome Center (Registration at the Welcome Center).

All guest researchers registered at the Welcome Center will receive their personal registration number from us via email about 7 days before the opening of the registration. With this number you can register online for a German course. If your spouse would like to participate, please contact the Welcome Center in due time before registration opens.

Location

If not otherwise stated, all courses take place at Adenauerallee 10 in Bonn. The nearest subway station is "Juridicum" (Subway Lines 16, 63, 66, 67, 68).

Course Fee

The course fee for international researchers and their spouses is 180 € (4 hours per week).

After registration, you will receive a separate e-mail including our bank account details and the payment deadline.
