Doktorhut – alles gut?!
Experts from economy, science, science management, consulting, publishing, public relations and journalism – amongst them many alumni of the University of Bonn – share their experiences in different workshops. They offer advice for job entry with a Ph.D. in the fields of science and humanities/arts.
The workshops are introduced by
- an opening talk on career planning held by career consultants and
- different University facilities and regional facilities will introduce their consulting programs for science Ph.D. students.
The event was first held in 2014 for humanities/art and two years later, in 2016, for natural sciences. Since 2017 both events take place in an alternate years.
“Doktorhut – alles gut?!” was a joint event of the Career Center, the Graduate Center and the Section for Research Funding (Förderberatung) of the University of Bonn between 2014 – 2016. Since 2017 the Career Center and the Graduate Center are the organizers of the event.
