Working in Germany´s Industry - Salaries, Working Conditions & Culture Training for Internationals
One-day workshop offered by the Bonn Graduate Center on June 07, 2019, 9.30 a.m. - 5.00 p.m., Alte Sternwarte, Poppeldorfer Allee 47, Room Pegasus (0.003).
In this seminar you will get to find out everything about the employment contract, incl. general conditions and other legal guidelines when in work, for example the number of holidays you are entitled to and your hours of work. A specific focus is given to salaries which also includes research tips and a calculation method. The following session will inform of legal aspects regarding work permits and their conditions. In the afternoon you are introduced to German culture aspects in the work life. We will reflect different perspectives and analyse experienced conflicts.
