Projekt:
The research group of University of Bonn participates in the Belle experiment at KEK in Japan. They currently analyze data from Run1 and prepare for the experimental phase Run2. The Belle experiment is dedicated to high-precision studies of b-flavoured meson decays. Such decays allow to perform precision measurements of Standard Model parameters and the search for beyond-Standard Model physics via loop effects. The research group analyzes semi-leptonic and photonic decays (b --> s gamma).
